Turnaround: Usually 1-3 business days; we’ll let you know up front if there will be a delay.
What you get:
- An annotated, prioritized report of accessibility issues on the URL you specify
- A PDF containing automated test results for 130 accessibility rules and best practices, sorted and prioritized according to our own rubric, with a breakdown by severity
- A CSV export, suitable for importing into your own project management system or issue tracker
- Red flags for any outdated, problematic frameworks and dependencies we recognize on sight (hello, Bootstrap 3!)
- A brief video walk-through of three manual tests:
- Keyboard navigation
- Text resize and reflow
- Heading outline and landmark labels
- $150 off a full site evaluation if you sign a contract within 90 days of the 1-page assessment (in other words, if you book a bigger project with us, this one’s free)
What this is not:
- a full-scale, site-wide evaluation
- a complete remediation list
- a test using a screen reader
- a VPAT/ACR

Pro tip: show us your app login page
For web apps, give us the login URL. You don’t have to share credentials with us; we’ll evaluate the form itself with the errors that a user would see if they’d entered the wrong password. This is the most important form in your product; if this one has problems, there’s a good chance all your other forms have similar problems.
For public websites, we’ll evaluate either the home page or a landing page you specify; it’s up to you. If your home page is very simple but you know there’s a complex page lurking deeper in your hierarchy with tables or forms, you can send us that one! We love mess.
